Your Reputation Is Priceless

Recently, in a well-known Internet Marketing forum, one particular marketer has been SLAMMED and beaten up. It's about 3 pages of documentation of unhappy customers. Their claimes range from difficult to deal >>> to lying about his own refund policy >>> to stealing information from another well-known site that sales PLR material.

Who knows what REALLY happened. But one fact you can NOT shake is that there are a ton of people who are unhappy. Even more that question whether they should do business with this person.

Gaining respect in a niche is not easy. But is definitely possible. Perhaps what we need to learn from this particular situation is not necessarily about earning your solid repuation. But, rather, KEEPING it! It's EASY to slip up a time or two. But you have GOT to put your customers first. You have GOT to know they are the way you earn your living.

If you lose sight of that, it's just a matter of time before you lose your business.
